These Terms govern your use of our website, our opt-in pages, and communications from Ayra AI Solutions Inc. DBA Ayra ("Ayra", "we", "us"). By submitting our form or opting in to messages, you agree to these Terms.

Ayra designs, builds, and deploys AI voice agents, AI chat agents, and CRM automation for businesses. Submitting our form requests a demo or a conversation. It does not create a service agreement and does not obligate you to purchase anything.

3. Eligibility and age restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our site, submit our forms, or opt in to our SMS messaging program. By submitting our form or opting in to messages, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from, or send messages to, anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from someone under 18, we will delete it.

You agree to provide accurate information, to submit only a phone number you are authorized to use, and not to use our site or forms for any unlawful purpose or in a way that interferes with their operation.

5. SMS messaging program

By providing your phone number and checking a consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Ayra in the categories you consented to: marketing messages such as offers, product updates, and event invitations, and non-marketing messages such as demo bookings, appointment reminders, scheduling, and replies to your inquiry. The two consents are separate and optional. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

The content, branding, and materials on our site belong to Ayra or our licensors, and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Our site and communications are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ayra is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site, forms, or messages.

9. Privacy

Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data with third parties for their marketing.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
